I started shipping internet products in 2013, working as a product developer for clients in tech, agro, AI, and hardware. From 2015 to 2020 I worked on product, growth, and monetization at Muse (Ultimate Guitar) — the number-one platform for musicians, 350M+ users — building and monetizing the mobile apps and launching an AI-powered learning product. From there I started co-founding my own: eSIM Plus, Nicegram — the open-source, privacy-first Telegram client that passed 56M+ organic installs with no paid acquisition, now with Nicegram Business layering an AI business OS on top of it — WhatPlantIsThis, and Degenphone.

In 2024 I formalized everything under SV Lab. Today it runs Prowl (one MCP endpoint that hands any agent 408 market-intelligence tools), CheckMyData (an open-source NL-to-SQL agent), and PrivateClawd (a managed cloud for AI agents).

The newest thing out of the lab isn't a product for users — it's for builders. sshlg-skills takes everything I know about getting an idea to production — discovery, gated delivery, product marketing, onboarding, retention — and writes it down as skills a coding agent follows. It exists because agents left alone produce volume, not products: code nobody can ship, scale, or maintain. It installs into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and a dozen other agents with one command.

What I own end to end is the full surface a product needs to exist: research, engineering, go-to-market, marketing, and operations. Most orgs split these across five roles and pay for every handoff. I run them as one loop — and ship faster because of it. That same loop is what I bring to consulting and AI transformation engagements.
